I've been having intermittent itchy ears for a year now and anytime i visit the ent, i am told i have fungi infection and i'm given candibiotic. i want to know how best to deal with this problem once and for all? it's very uncomfortable?

Can’t tell without seeing. Fungal infection involving both ears at the same time is unusual. Sounds more like allergic reaction to soap or other skin product. See a different dermatologist
