Left ear not producing any wax. recently had an ear infection in my left ear and now my left ear is itchy and not producing any wax. right ear is fine?

External otitis: Many of us would term this chronic external otitis. It's basically a condition of the skin of your ear canal. It is frequently caused by cleaning the ears too much, usually with a q tip. I frequently treat this with a steroid cream, used two or three nights a week. See an ENT to have the ear checked out and make recommendations.
