Many things are possible in life, but Tylenol (acetaminophen or paracetamol) as it is commonly used is not considered a cause of petechiae or capillary problems. If a person is worried about unusual symptoms, and has substitute medications available, she might use substitute medications for a while or a year, and then see if she is symptom-free upon return to Tylenol. Her doctor can give advice.
