No: Women don't burn a lot of extra calories when menstruating - but fluid that was retained may start to come off. If you eat excessive calories during menses - you will gain weight. Take care.

Menses blood, only: Menstrual periods lose only blood and endometrial debris and not calories. If you overeat at that time you will surely gain weight without exercise.
