Porcelain laminates: Can last that long. I have a case that's 29 years and going. Depends on the situation with occlusion, pre-treatment tooth damage, doctor technique, and many other variables.

It is possible...: If well-done by your dentist and well-maintained by the patients, lumineers or any other veneer can last like that. I would seek a dentist with great reviews online or who comes highly recommended by a trusted friend with veneers.

Yes: Any veneer brand can last a long time if proper hygiene is use and the dentist has knowledge of occlusion and function.

Yes.: Proper brushing and flossing are necessary, just as in an all-natural tooth. Activities that chip natural front teeth edges will do the same with lumineers- opening beer bottles with your teeth, stripping insulation off wires, holding pins or bobby pins with your teeth while hemming a dress or doing you hair- get the idea?
