Just started taking zoloft for panic disorder. while i wait for full effect am having panic attacks with high hr when i have to present/speak in meetings. is there adverse reaction with zoloft and propranolol? is another beta blocker better w/ zoloft?

You should be fine with the propranolol and the Zoloft. Usually the propranolol dose for performance anxiety is fairly low and you take it as needed so do not know of any untoward side effect or problem.
