My friend had colon cancer . she is now on chemo pills 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for 3 months. this is her 2nd week on pill. she cant walk on her feet. so sore. side effect from chemo pill? is there anything she can do?

She should notify her oncologist of this symptom as it may vary well be from peripheral neuropathy which is a known side effect of some chemotherapy agents.

Not everyone can tolerate some forms of chemotherapy. If these symptoms are so debilitating, your friend may wish to contact the oncologist to see if there are any other options
