Rash that looks like red pimples most dont itch. only a few do sometimes. have on arms mostly. then couple on fingers, back, face and one on foot.

Need information/pic: It is very hard to diagnoses a rash without a picture or more history as to other symptoms, ie fever, URI, etc. , history of exposures to chemicals, soaps, etc., and progression or duration of the rash. An evaluation is recommended. A video consult or consult with photos may be an alternative, but is not as good as face to face.
