I dd a stress test 8 years ago to find out what was wrong(heart was good). turned out it was gerd. i have some chest pain right now, it comes and goes.. sharpp on my left side. not center left, but more left. is this cause for concern? im 29yr?

Are you on reflux medications? May be reflux -that is most likley but go to urgent care and get an EKG ,you can also follow up with a cardiologist for an echocardiogram /stress echo to alleviate your concerns and assess your heart . Do not use cocaine as cocaine can cause heart ischemia/ spasm even in you individuals. F/u/ w/ MD

chest pains in the far left side of the chest don't fit heart or gerd causes. Absence of cough doesn't suggest lung pathology. Sharp,shooting,fleeting chest pains caused or aggravated by a deep breath are often caused by pinched intercosta! nerve or muscle which runs between 2 ribs. These are more of a nuisance than anything serious. In any event I suspect benign rib cage symptom. ?chest x-ray
