Have over 15-20 bone spurs after full extraction. stitches came out. top gum looks like cauliflower. i think i feel cartilage the also. dr said spurs will dissolve. the pain is terrible. gums are open?

Get a second opinion , the bone Spurs may be causing the pain and may need to be made smoother to avoid pinching on soft tissue to give you immediate pain . In the meantime Take the pain medication and Antibiotic . The dentist should also evaluate that the pain is not from dry socket and do the necessary treatment needed .
