Mensuration is very much painful why?

Vitamin D low?: 300, 000 units of 25 oh vitamin d in one capsule before period once a month helped pain. 10, 000 units a day could be used instead but don't take with calcium. If you are having clots and heavy periods you may need to take sufficient iron for 3 months to return ferritin to normal. Listen to your body. Improve diet, sleep, exercise, and lower stress.
