Both colon cancer and hemorrhoids can cause sufficient blood loss to result in anemia that may cause dizziness. Get your stool tested for blood. Wish you good health!

If significant anemia is contributing then you have a big problem and need to seek emergency attention. Pain often decreases exercise and fluid intake and that could contribute.
