Very good morning doctors. what might cause knuckles to turn blue & then purple? this happened on only one hand..the hand i usually use & only on 2 knuckles..the index and tall fingers?

Need more information but worry about oxygen issue (circulation). If it was induced by cold it also could be something called RAYNAUDS. If there was pain associated in addition to color change it would point more to circulation issue and that needs to be looked at more quickly.
