From time to time i get these spasms in my diaphragm center of chest where i can feel it palpate a couple times and i lose a breath. feels like the wind knocked out of me. sometimes chest pain in the center comes after?

There are several possible explanations for these symptoms but the issue of chest pain with "wind knock out of me" suggest that One should see the PCP for a Good Physical Exam, EKG, Chest Xray and other imaging/ Lab studies, if indicated. One should pay attention and have these issues resolved soonest.
