This is most likely: due to the hormonal changes associated with your early pregnancy. It may be GI in etiology given your previous history. If it is persistent for another week it would be worthwhile asking your health care provider for a monitor to determine if it is related to heart rhythm or not. Most other test for heart disease are contraindicated at this time due to your pregnancy. Echo is OK but low yield.
