My mom has covid. i am starting to feel a chest cold coming on. i feel winded, like im not getting full breaths. but i dont have a cough. i just feel a heavy chest and heaviness in lower throat. how should i care for myself going forward?

COVID 19: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.

See below: Drink enough water and fruit juice to keep your urine mostly colorless. Take paracetamol for fever and pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. You may take multivitamins and vitamin D3. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to hospital immediately. Wish you good health.
