Young women finish growing about 3 yrs after first menses. (~16-17) Their expected final height is the average of both parents less 2.5 inches. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can be assessed for growth centers. If open you can grow more, if closed you are done. Good nutrition, restorative sleep and exercise promote the best growth.

At 16 you have reached most of your adult height, but you can still continue growing up to about age 17. In any individual, linear growth (height) stops when the growth plates at the ends of your bones close. You may grow a little but should not expect another growth spurt. Your height is dictated by your parents' heights.
