Depends: your final adult height is basically predetermined by your genetics (barring any major health issues or nutritional deficiencies). Make sure you are eating healthy, exercising regularly, and getting 9-10 hours of sleep per night. There are target height calculators online which can give you a possible height range based on your parent's height.

Yes and no: Most girls stop their height growth about 2 years after their 1st period at about 16 yrs of age. The most definitive test is the bone age (an x-Ray of your hand and wrist) will tell whether you have any growth potential left in your skeleton.
