5 weeks ago i did a direct switch from 20 mg prozac to 50 mg zoloft. ive been experiencing anxiety and other withdrawal symptoms suddenly the past few days. could it be from the prozac? i was on prozac for 4 weeks?

The dose of Zoloft that you are on does not correspond to the Prozac 20mg. The dose should be worked up to 100mg. You should begin to feel better over time.

20 mg of Prozac is a therapeutic dose. 50 mg of Zoloft is not. The Prozac is out of your system, but the Zoloft has not been adequately dosed, so the original disease of Anxiety and Depression has likely returned, as the four weeks you were on Prozac was sufficient for it to begin to quell the anxiety and depression. Therapeutic doses of Zoloft are typically 100 to 150 mgs per day.
