A member asked:

If someone approached my front door maskless and i was near the door about six feet away maskless, what are chances of getting airborne germs? they put flyer on my door and then left (less than 5 seconds? the door is a screen door (small holes)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The chances of getting a significant dose of airborne pathogens during that brief contact is minimal unless someone coughed or sneezed directly on your face. 15 minutes of exposure is the guideline of what's considered close contact by the CDC
