A thorough neurological evaluation is indicated and cognitive screening should be done. Scattered neurological lesions seem likely. A demyelinating disorder like multiple sclerosis is a possibility.

Based upon your description of numerous scattered symptoms, it would be wise to have a complete neurological history and physical examination with subsequent clinical tests as needed. Since this site answers general medical questions solely, we can proceed no further. A virtual consult at HT would be far more thorough (www.connect@healthtap.com)
