I just got a steroid injection for a torn ligament. today i can't put all of my weight on my foot and i get severe pain in the front and my heel.

What ligament: Was torn? How do you know it was torn? Injections have some good and some bad associated with them, without getting into that immobilization or a period of non weight bearing MIT be smart if a ligament is torn, continued walking will not give it a chance to heal even if it was injected. Ice region of pain.
