Can i take tylenol or advil 24 hours before pfizer/moderna vaccination?

Some actually suggest you do so. I have no reason to believe it would interfere with the vaccine or increase your risks of any side effects. It may reduce some of the soreness many experience.

Taking it beforehand will not prevent some of the symptoms. It would be better to take it if you get any muscle aches or fever. Taking medications that are not needed, is not prudent. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
