Hi i was diagnosis with pink eye today i work in ltc i was prescribe antibiotic and told i can go back to work tomorrow im still discharging in pain and my eye is crusted who can i go back to work tomorrow with symptoms i work with elderly. thanks?

In general if you have bacterial pinkeye one day of drops reduces your risk of transfer to others. Viral pinkeye is not altered by such drops. If you practice proper sterile technique in your job you may be able to work. The institution where you work likely has a policy on what conditions would exclude you from work. Please check with them. Their rules trump most others in such a case.
