COVID 19 positive: Muscle aches and pains as well as headaches are common with COVID 19 infections. I am not sure if the pain with urination is due to COVID 19 or not. However, urinary frequency has been reported with COVID 19 and it has been known in more serious cases to effect multiple organs. Medical assessment may help to explain this.
