Helo dr. im pregnancy positive but my hcg not increase with double also have black colour bleeding (hcg 289ml after 72 hours 464ml ) is this a problem to my pregnancy or is it a not a problem to further continues for my pregnancy. pl kind reply?

With positive HCG levels but lack of significant increases, along with bleeding in early pregnancy, your OB may prescribe progesterone to prevent miscarriage. Information provided may also indicate possible immanent miscarriage. See your OB provider to discuss , as a pregnancy outside the uterus is also possible (ectopic) and an ultrasound exam is indicated at this point.
