It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Activation of sweat glands due to hot weather can produce such a sensation and it should subside with acclimatization. If the symptoms persist beyond a couple of weeks it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
