Pinched nerve?: can be any number of things ranging from a pinched nerve in the neck to a pinched nerve at the elbow or wrist. Most likely the latter I.e. carpal tunnel syndrome- particularly if you shake your hand for relief, it spares your little finger and you get it while you are driving. Check with your primary doctor or an orthopedist. If it is significant, you might be referred for electrical studies
