I recommend that you be evaluated and advised by an otolaryngologist. You may need only follow-up at this time or,depending upon certain symptoms, a course of antibiotics,antihistamines and/or nasal decongestant&corticosteroid sprays or surgical drainage may be recommended.

My xray said all 4 sinuses hazy-pansinusitis. Is it some different form of sinusitis? Can ibd cause chronic sinus problems?
