I have been diagnosed with chronic pansinusitis and chronic rhinitis. what can i take for this?

I recommend that you be evaluated and advised by an otolaryngologist. You may need only follow-up at this time or,depending upon certain symptoms, a course of antibiotics, antihistamines and/or nasal decongestant&corticosteroid sprays or surgical drainage may be recommended.
