my conditions : chronic pansinusitis,occipital neuralgia,symptomatic dustmite allergy. which of the 3 is most likely to cause brain fog,con. tiredness?

Likely some or all: I would presume that you have nasal symptoms from dust mite exposure and allergic rhinitis has been associated with memory/cognitive impairment plus fatigue and is thus the most likely suspect. Certainly chronic sinusitis needs be treated .
