allergies: There are many safe medications for treatment of runny nose with sneezing, which is consistent with allergic rhinitis, especially if you see it as a pattern either seasonal or year round. You can start with otc antihistamine. Those are weak allergy mediations. If symptoms do not improve, you should some see a local allergist.
