Friction from walking prolonged times will cause blisters, which will be surrounded by "red patches" as the injured tissue repairs itself. In the meantime, fluid will be secreted on the blistered areas, and infection is common in the affected areas, so see your physician for appropriate exam and treatment.

It could be a fungus or yeast infection. With drainage you have to rule out Bacteria also. I suggest you get it checked out.

You may have a fungal infection which can sometimes form blisters that may leak and drain. The other possibility are blisters caused by friction due to improper fitting socks and shoes. These blisters can eventually pop and cause fluid to drain on socks. See a podiatrist right away
