If you are healthy otherwise, you can soak the affected digit into the warm water several times a day, take Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) 200 mg x 2 tablets, every 6-8 hours as needed for 24-48 hours for throbbing pain. In the meantime if you feel sick with high fever or if the affected digit gets worse by time, you better visit your doctor or urgent care for help.
