Yo very likely have an unusual cause of BP with these readings at your age. You need to consult a Dr for history, exam and tests. Now would be good. 16 is too young to have a stroke or go on dialysis.

There are many things. First, i would alert your doctor. They need to see you to assure you are not developing heart or kidney failure or stroke. Second, you may need to lose weight and exercise, but both of these should be done through the guidance of your doctor. They will also review your medicines to assure you are not taking something that is doing this. Please go to your doctor.
