Between symptoms and a possible drug to treat the symptom, if treatable, there is diagnostic work up that includes physical exam, detailed history and possible tests. Once a diagnosis is formulated treatment options are discussed. Not all symptoms benefit from treatment with drugs and when you pay, you do not pay for a prescription, you pay for medical advise that may or may not include drugs.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
