Need blood tests: Anemia, thyroid dysfunction, B12 deficiency and low testosterone are all potential causes of chronic fatigue. All of the above can be checked by way of blood tests. Other considerations include sleep apnea, congestive heart failure or even depression. I would discuss this with your doctor.
