Sir my brother is taking acitrom for last 15 yrs . right from age of 8 till now ie 24 he has been taking . he is at the dose of 4 and 5mg alternatively. can we reduce his dose a bit by bit everyday ?

No. Acitrom is a blood thinner. We don't know why he is on it, but it is clear that stopping it should only be done under the supervison of a doctor. Have your brother see his doctor and discuss his treatment plan now and for the future. Ask him if you can go with him to see his doctor so you can be present and be sure you both get enough information to understan his condition.
