Hepc n cirohsis, taking blood thinner acitrom, stopped for 4 days as bleeding from stool, found piles..now inr is 1...taking acitrom 2mg ..pl advice?

complicated: You do not mention why you're taking a blood thinner but, if there isn't a strong indication, you should avoid it because cirrhosis interferes with coagulation and bleeding, even from piles, can cause anemia. Regarding your dose, only your personal doctor can advise you.
