A member asked:

Hi, i got vaccinated early on with pfizer and later got a sars-cov-2 semi-quantitative total antibody (spike) test from labcorp months later, result was 137.1 (< .8 standard range). i was wondering if this seems like a sufficient antibody response?

Congratulations, you had good (sufficient) response with Pfizer vaccination like most Americans. However, by CDC guidelines, at this current time we could not conclude how much you are protected from the Covid-19 infection with a certain level of SARS-CoV-2 antibody.

There is not need for the test and there is no prescribed subsequent action based on the result you may get. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
