Inability to conceive can be caused by a variety of things, including: low sperm count, trauma to uterus from previous pregnancy/abortion, hormonal problems, stress, and many others. Your sister and her husband should each have in person complete physical exams to make sure there are no health problems, then they should consult an infertility specialist.
