In bipolar,difference between mania and highly motivated? i feel like i am highly motivated pretty much constantly, but is this mania? i have short (hours long) of sprees where i get rlly excited feel like i can do anything, can mania last for 1 day?

Please see a Doctor: This is a complex problem that needs in-depth diagnosis by a Clinical Psychologist and a Psychiatrist. Those short sprees could be indicative of a milder form called Cyclothymia that could develop into the more serious form, Bipolar if not treated. Also, please have a physical exam to rule out illness.
