My shoulder popped out then back in again by itself after i moved it awkwardly while wrestling. it doesnt hurt unless i move it back and its not that bad pain should i see a doctor?

In Adolescence, shoulder dislocation can happen easier because of growing bones and strengthening ligaments. To make sure it heals properly, you should rest the area for at least a week. (no wrestling, no weightlifting, no strenuous exercise. If pain persists, especially on lifting arm over head from the side, make sure you see an orthopedic surgeon.
