right shoulder feels like it's popping or loose when i lift it, reach or move a certain way. there is no pain there, but i get upper back aches?

Rotator Cuff: It is important to continue to move a shoulder even if you are having pain and discomfort. Heat and ice on your upper back might help as well as physical therapy with specific exercises to keep the arm and shoulder loose. It would be helpful to know if you are an athlete that uses the upper body a lot or if you injured yourself in some way.
