I was bitten by the puppy in our community, the owner was ignore me so i decided to go emergency for mon safety but before he left me ask the vet clinic of the puppy just for my security and safety im worried to have argument with him seems?

If you were bitten by a strange dog and the owner does not respond to your requests for information and reimbursement, you should contact Animal Control and report the incident. The owner is liable for any medical bills you have accumulated and if the puppy is not rabies vaccinated, it needs to be quarantined for 10 days.
