Cyanosis, eg. poor oxygenation, will be present regardless of the body position. In fact, for a people with poor oxygenation, O2 level improves with sitting, worse with supine. The color change of your toenails is likely related to poor venous return due to gravity at prolonged sitting or standing position, especially at 35 week pregnancy.
