I would check with your women's health provider to see if you are becoming estrogen deficient due to early menopause. This can cause the lining of the vagina to become very thin and irritated and thus produce the symptoms you are describing. This can be done with a few simple blood tests and an exam. It is called atrophic vaginitis.
