20 or more spider bites from 24 hrs ago. bites are now 2-3 inches in size, swollen hands, chills, headache and restless. i have tried benadryl, cream and tabs, tylenol and a paste of vinegar/baking soda. what's next???

You should be treated in the hospital emergency room ASAP as you're experiencing worrisome systemic symptoms from venom from so many spider bites.You're beyond the simple treatment of antihistamines.

Agree with Dr Colantino. You should head to hospital ER. Depending upon the type spider such as Brown Recluse, skin ulceration may be additional to other symptoms
