Recently i feel like liquid dripping to my throat. i dont know actually from where and i feel like back of roof of my mouth. and the soft part of roof of my mouth have redden because i continuously scratched it?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms suggest inflammation of the sinuses and it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferable and ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
