It would depend on if your Anxiety is causing you to not be able to do certain tasks at work. Anxiety is tricky with HR because it has to have a clear link to a disability in certain tasks. With a physical ailment, like a broken bone or ruptured tendon, it is obvious the types of actions that cannot be completed during work. With Anxiety, you will need to make a clear case for certain tasks.
