Coronary CTA: The study is pretty accurate in most people's hands. The statement 0 plaque means none imaged, there still could be some there that is missed, no test is perfect. In general a reading showing no disease is very good news. It doesn't mean one should ignore prudent diet, exercise and preventive medicine efforts.

Accurate: CT angio is accurate and your heart rate of 50 was really in the ideal range for the test. If you still have concerns may want to have a stress test that will show changes related to your heart related to higher work loads than at rest. Unless you have some familial lipid/cholesterol problems you are still fairly young to show plaques, though if you smoke you will accelerate their appearance.
